Today's weight - 12st 13lb+1/8 - lost today 7/8lb - total loss so far (8 days) 15lb+7/8
In the twelves, fantastic. Still no walk to Golden Cap today as Dave is off again and we've got to go to Waitrose early before taking the oldies to Otter Nurseries for lunch and a browse. Lunch for me will be a freshly squeezed orange juice from their machine (I want one of those!) yummmm.
